Position and responsibilities: Admin Assistant


As an Admin Assistant, I was the first point of contact for every potential volunteer or customer. Some of the responsibilities included arranging interviews, explaining volunteers about conduction of organisation, conduct basic interviews to check for serious volunteers, data entry, replying to mails, setting MS Outlook etc.
