Responsibilities: To provide excellent customer service on front as well as on drive thru while maintaining speed of service. 

General responsibilities included: taking order, packing, delivering, closing restaurant, training members.

Experience gained: POS handling and troubleshooting, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining CHAMPS record. Effort to uphold good speed of service on drive thru.
